Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets.
- Strong data skills including segmentation, enrichment, and manipulation.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and A/B test interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic modelling.
- Actively uses AI to improve processes and team efficiency.
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lists, sequences, and nurture programmes.
- Own the lead scoring model and troubleshoot the lead management process.
- Define target segment data strategy and perform database enrichment.
- Produce marketing reports and dashboards to measure performance and pipeline contribution.
- Define and implement an AI-first marketing automation strategy.
- Review and administer the MarTech stack and sales enablement platforms.
- Train and onboard new team members on marketing systems and processes.
