Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets.
  • Strong data skills including segmentation, enrichment, and manipulation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and A/B test interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic modelling.
  • Actively uses AI to improve processes and team efficiency.
  • Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lists, sequences, and nurture programmes.
  • Own the lead scoring model and troubleshoot the lead management process.
  • Define target segment data strategy and perform database enrichment.
  • Produce marketing reports and dashboards to measure performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Define and implement an AI-first marketing automation strategy.
  • Review and administer the MarTech stack and sales enablement platforms.
  • Train and onboard new team members on marketing systems and processes.
