Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees such as MBA are a plus.
  • Strong experience in digital delivery, program coordination, or technology-enabled transformation environments.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and digital product development lifecycles.
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and generate insights.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and connect delivery activities to broader business objectives.
  • Experience in retail, mobility, energy, or convenience sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of digital delivery plans aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Assist in coordinating multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Track delivery progress, identify risks and issues early, and support mitigation actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to support successful delivery of digital products and platforms.
  • Contribute to agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and delivery ceremonies.
  • Prepare delivery reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and governance forums.
  • Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to support performance tracking and value realization.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and delivery expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery controls, and reporting requirements.
