Requirements

- Proven ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accountability.
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Strong interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable end-to-end processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and operational frameworks.
- Coordinate recurring team rhythms including weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration by aligning producers, strategists, and platform teams.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
- Partner with MarTech and AI teams to build smarter, more efficient operational systems and workflow enhancements.
