Requirements
- 9–12+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in senior/staff/principal-level roles owning complex, multi-surface products
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Technical fluency with APIs, data systems, and product architecture
- Experience building or redesigning complex user experiences like dashboards or editors
- Strong background in product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Social Planner, Blogs, and Ad Manager
- Drive evolution of the Ad Manager into an AI-driven, data-centric platform
- Lead the Social Planner product to deliver best-in-class UX
- Transform the Blogs product into a modern, AI-enabled CMS-like experience
- Conduct customer discovery, data analysis, and experimentation
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and GTM teams
- Mentor and develop APMs into strong PM2-level product managers
