Requirements
- 12–15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product leaders or managers of managers.
- Proven experience scaling platform, infrastructure, or core product organizations in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, workflow automation, or platform-level product design.
- Deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, system architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Experience building and scaling internal platforms, developer tools, or shared system components used across multiple teams.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering leadership on architectural decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed product organizations and drive execution at scale.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect platform decisions to business outcomes and user impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience driving alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in CRM, automation, or agency-led ecosystems, is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for platform and core product domains, including CRM, automation, and shared infrastructure systems.
- Manage and develop a large product organization through Group Product Managers and PMs, ensuring strong leadership depth and high performance across teams.
- Drive the design and evolution of scalable platform primitives such as identity, permissions, data models, notifications, and APIs.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to shape system architecture, technical trade-offs, and platform scalability strategies.
- Establish standards for product quality, including API design, performance, reliability, and cross-product consistency.
- Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, QA, data, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Own strategic planning cycles (quarterly and annual), aligning priorities across innovation, technical debt, and platform evolution.
- Champion data-driven product development by strengthening instrumentation, analytics, and product performance visibility.
- Drive organizational alignment and execution excellence across 25–30+ product managers and associated teams.
- Represent customer needs across agencies, SMBs, and end users to ensure platform decisions reflect real-world use cases and outcomes.
