Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience.
- Experience building document creation, form-builder, or workflow products.
- Familiarity with payment or billing flows (invoicing, estimates, financial lifecycles).
- Strong UX instincts and experience shipping complex, multi-step workflows.
- Ability to manage product surfaces with significant cross-team dependencies.
- Experience with e-signature or contract management workflows.
- Experience building drag-and-drop, no-code, or AI-assisted visual builders.
- Background in B2B SaaS serving small business financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the AI-powered, drag-and-drop document builder.
- Extend the builder to cover Invoices, Estimates, and Receipts.
- Define AI assistance features for template creation.
- Own the full lifecycle of payment-linked documents and automated record pipelines.
- Define rules, triggers, and customization for document workflows.
- Lead the build of a native e-signature product.
- Define signature workflows, including multi-party signing and audit trails.
- Manage integration between Documents and the product catalog.
