Requirements
- 7+ years of PM experience.
- Proven track record in platform or infrastructure product management.
- Significant exposure to transactional or financial systems.
- Deep familiarity with order management, subscription billing, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Comfort reasoning about ledger mechanics and double-entry accounting.
- Experience building and owning public APIs consumed by external developers.
- Strong grasp of API contract design and versioning strategies.
- Ability to design products as shared infrastructure.
- Bias for ownership and independent decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end product vision across HighLevel's full operations surface.
- Own subscription lifecycle, renewals, upgrades, and billing flows.
- Lead product definition and build of internal accounting layer.
- Design integration surface for third-party accounting software.
- Define merchant-facing workflows for order creation, fulfillment, and returns.
- Develop inventory management system for stock levels and multi-location support.
- Own product strategy for tax calculation and global compliance.
- Build discount, promotion, and gift card infrastructure.
- Define and own public API layer for developers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal platform teams for cross-functional alignment.
