- 8+ years of experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences sales.
- At least 5+ years of experience in key account management or strategic account roles.
- Proven track record of managing large hospital networks or healthcare enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong ability to build and execute strategic account plans that drive sustained revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, pricing strategies, margin management, and value-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in pathology, diagnostics, or oncology-related medical devices is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SFDC and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospital groups and healthcare networks to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, clinical leaders, and procurement stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing structures, multi-site agreements, and long-term partnership contracts.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling across diagnostic portfolios, including histopathology, advanced staining, and digital pathology solutions.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive activity to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, service, finance, supply chain, and clinical applications to deliver customer value.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates to maintain visibility of business performance.
- Execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
