Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or enterprise relationship management.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, commercial strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and coaching.
- Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage senior and C-suite level relationships within strategic accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities.
- Define and execute account plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Design and implement value-added programs tailored to client priorities.
- Lead portfolio and account management strategies.
- Oversee and guide team members.
- Monitor account performance, operational delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Influence stakeholders to drive alignment.
