Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or enterprise relationship management.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, commercial strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and coaching.
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage senior and C-suite level relationships within strategic accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Define and execute account plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Design and implement value-added programs tailored to client priorities.
  • Lead portfolio and account management strategies.
  • Oversee and guide team members.
  • Monitor account performance, operational delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment.
