Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 6-9 years of experience in a technical sales or Senior/Principal Account Manager role.
- Experience in the hydraulics or off-highway industry.
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development, ideally with OEM focus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust at all levels including senior and c-level employees.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our share of wallet within your customer accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce innovative Danfoss products.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a solution-oriented partner for your customers, using technical knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell product offerings.
- Collaborate globally with internal sales, support, and business unit teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions.
