Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 6-9 years of experience in a technical sales or Senior/Principal Account Manager role.
  • Experience in the hydraulics or off-highway industry.
  • Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development, ideally with OEM focus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust at all levels including senior and c-level employees.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our share of wallet within your customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce innovative Danfoss products.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a solution-oriented partner for your customers, using technical knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell product offerings.
  • Collaborate globally with internal sales, support, and business unit teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions.
