Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within FMCG, flavors, food ingredients, or food & beverage industries.
- Strong experience managing distributor networks and customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of food or flavor solutions.
- Proven ability in value selling, negotiation, and driving revenue growth.
- Fluency in Telugu.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map key accounts and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end account activities including commercial strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing account plans.
- Collaborate with application, innovation, and category marketing teams.
- Partner with pricing and commercial teams to implement pricing strategies.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Develop and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure full compliance with company ethics and standards.
