Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, or MBA.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within FMCG, flavors, food ingredients, or food & beverage industries.
  • Strong experience managing distributor networks and customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of food or flavor solutions.
  • Proven ability in value selling, negotiation, and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Telugu.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end account activities including commercial strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing account plans.
  • Collaborate with application, innovation, and category marketing teams.
  • Partner with pricing and commercial teams to implement pricing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure full compliance with company ethics and standards.
