Requirements
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, or academic/government sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth in consultative, solution-based selling environments.
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows and ability to engage with technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across large organizations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth and market expansion by developing strategic territory plans and executing value-based selling across assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in academic, government, diagnostic, and life sciences organizations.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions leveraging the full portfolio of scientific and bioprocessing products.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and internal teams to design integrated solutions aligned with customer workflows.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, pricing, contracting, and deal closure.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipeline visibility, track customer interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities and drive adoption of new technologies.
