  • Reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, second monitor, and stable internet connection
  • Must have a backup internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Own patient navigation end-to-end including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Serve as the primary point of contact via text, email, and phone
  • Conduct patient outreach to convert referrals into appointments
  • Track imaging and testing orders to ensure completion
  • Maintain expertise in breast health screening and risk assessment
  • Coordinate care journeys with specialists and imaging centers
  • Streamline EMR processes and resolve registration or claims issues
  • Perform insurance estimates and verify patient responsibility
  • Execute pre-visit authorization workflows
