Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
- Ability to build strategic relationships to support renewals, presentations, and expansion.
- Passion for client success and deep interest in investment research and markets.
- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for clients.
- Experience managing a high-touch, high-volume client base.
- Strong self-starter and team player mentality.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted thought partner.
- Leverage product expertise to drive user engagement and value.
- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally.
- Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
- Develop rapport with key decision makers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial renewals.
- Identify and execute on upsell opportunities to increase contract value.
- Contribute to developing best-in-class practices for the Client Strategy team.
