Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships to support renewals, presentations, and expansion.
  • Passion for client success and deep interest in investment research and markets.
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for clients.
  • Experience managing a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Strong self-starter and team player mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted thought partner.
  • Leverage product expertise to drive user engagement and value.
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally.
  • Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
  • Develop rapport with key decision makers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial renewals.
  • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities to increase contract value.
  • Contribute to developing best-in-class practices for the Client Strategy team.
