Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or support.
- Clinical experience (LPB, RN, or CPHT) preferred.
- Workers’ Comp, Health Plan, PBM Utilization Review, Managed Care, or Claims background preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Strong research and data analysis/reporting skills.
- Experience navigating web-based systems efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication for targeted accounts regarding program and case questions, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Facilitate client implementation meetings and manage user access permissions.
- Serve as primary point of contact leading regular performance reviews (JOCs/QBRs).
- Generate and distribute performance metrics and manage ad-hoc data requests.
- Assist with sales pipeline via scoping meetings, pricing models, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Coordinate contract renewals with legal teams.
- Partner with IT and Product teams on system enhancements and user testing.
- Coordinate audits, security assessments, and remediation plans.
