Requirements
- CPA highly preferred.
- 10+ years accounting experience.
- Technical U.S. GAAP accounting/reporting experience.
- Strong ASC 606 Revenue Recognition knowledge.
- Investment Accounting knowledge.
- International Reporting Standards (e.g., IFRS) exposure.
- Experience with international business operations and reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Direct the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRS requirements.
- Manage finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Treasury.
- Ensure systems and processes properly capture, track, and report financial results.
- Manage relationships with non-US financial and tax reporting entities.
- Maintain a system of internal controls for financial stewardship.
- Perform technical accounting research and develop financial policies.
