Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in credit analysis within the AU Mortgage Broking Industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage, asset finance, personal loan, and commercial loan products
- Proven experience in end-to-end loan processing, packaging, and lender liaison
- Proficiency in Mercury CRM, ApplyOnline (AOL), and Quickli
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Mercury CRM pipelines and workflows.
- Conduct initial credit pre-assessments and prepare credit proposals.
- Package and submit AOL application packs and assist with pricing requests.
- Monitor lender conditions and resolve issues to reach settlement.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Guide clients through the document collection process.
- Conduct post-settlement annual interest rate reviews.
