Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in AU Mortgage Broking Industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage, asset finance, and commercial loan products.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and loan submission platforms.
- Experience with Mercury CRM (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit loan applications accurately and timely.
- Verify client documentation to meet lender and compliance standards.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients from pre-assessment to settlement.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents.
- Explain mortgage terms, rates, and repayment plans to clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Conduct annual post-settlement product interest rate reviews.
- Collaborate with brokers on loan handovers and process improvements.
