Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in credit analysis in the AU Mortgage Broking industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage, asset finance, personal loan, and commercial loan products.
- Experience in loan processing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and loan submission platforms.
- Essential experience with Mercury CRM.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit loan applications following company processes.
- Verify client documentation against lender requirements.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, clients, and partners to track application progress.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during processing.
- Conduct credit pre-assessments and create loan proposals.
- Ensure all applications meet regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and industry contacts.
- Perform annual product interest rate reviews.
