Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn (preferred).
  • Experience selling to SMB technical service providers (preferred).
  • Startup or high-growth company experience (preferred).
  • History of exceeding quota in a prospecting-focused role (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify growth opportunities and expand ARR.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate net new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing on lead follow-up.
  • Attend and network at industry trade shows (2-4 times per quarter).
  • Provide consultative sales expertise to identify client needs.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast accurately in CRM.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
