Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B software sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn (preferred).
- Experience selling to SMB technical service providers (preferred).
- Startup or high-growth company experience (preferred).
- History of exceeding quota in a prospecting-focused role (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify growth opportunities and expand ARR.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate net new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing on lead follow-up.
- Attend and network at industry trade shows (2-4 times per quarter).
- Provide consultative sales expertise to identify client needs.
- Maintain pipeline and forecast accurately in CRM.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
