Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and deal execution.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts.
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement.
  • Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Understand strategic and operational priorities of target accounts.
  • Lead structured, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements.
  • Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases.
  • Continuously refine sales approach based on market feedback and performance data.
