Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environments, with exposure to account management and project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of client services workflows, including direct client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes and healthcare marketing compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in structured project and financial tracking environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely updates across all stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination of project execution from briefing through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and identifying risks or roadblocks early.
  • Support the development of strategic marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, including pitch coordination and new business proposals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative, strategy, project management, and medical-legal-regulatory teams to ensure compliant and effective deliverables.
  • Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, labor tracking, and out-of-scope work to ensure profitability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate client meetings, content planning sessions, and status reporting while maintaining detailed documentation and action tracking.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes and industry standards.
