Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or Business Operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
- Experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes
- Advanced or native level of English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Availability during EST business hours
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administration and documentation
- Execute end-to-end new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain HRIS data and system permissions
- Build and update internal SOPs and training materials
- Coordinate payroll reporting and contractor administration
- Drive operational projects and follow up on team deliverables
- Leverage AI tools for process improvement and reporting
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events
