Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or vendor management
- Background in sales management or a sales excellence lead role
- Experience in sales motion design and scalable process development for large or distributed sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of vendor sales motions to incorporate agentic AI, leveraging automation and LLM agents to enhance seller productivity and customer engagement
- Design, document, and optimize scalable sales motions for third-party vendor teams
- Own program- and regional-level performance management, establishing a consistent rhythm of business
- Partner with Vendor Operations Managers and senior sales leadership to surface cross-site trends and translate performance data into executive narratives
- Serve as the bridge between internal sales leaders and vendor operations
- Drive adoption and change management for new sales motions and performance processes
- Partner with Sales Enablement to define future vendor team requirements and sustain high-performance behaviors
