Requirements

  • Proven experience within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation results
  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise West territory
  • Ability to engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with modern sales engagement tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic outbound prospecting across Enterprise West accounts
  • Conduct in-depth account and market research to identify high-value opportunities
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account-based strategies
  • Leverage existing customer intelligence to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation, meetings, and conversion rates
