Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role
- Proven experience within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation results
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise West territory
- Ability to engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with modern sales engagement tools
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic outbound prospecting across Enterprise West accounts
- Conduct in-depth account and market research to identify high-value opportunities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account-based strategies
- Leverage existing customer intelligence to uncover expansion opportunities
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation, meetings, and conversion rates
