Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo.
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling.
- Passion for team collaboration and helping others succeed.
- Client-first mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads.
- Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls.
- Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts.
- Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Use advanced prospecting tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the financial technology industry and competitive landscape.
