Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in revenue accounting and ARR metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Maxio.
- Proven experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Deep understanding of ASC 606.
- Ownership experience across invoicing, collections, and AR.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end revenue accounting for a high-growth SaaS business, ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
- Maintain accurate ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and related SaaS metrics.
- Serve as the primary owner of Maxio for billing setup and revenue schedules.
- Manage the full invoicing process and customer collections.
- Manage revenue, billing, and accounts receivable across multiple legal entities and currencies.
- Lead revenue-related activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
- Partner with Legal, Sales, and Deal Desk to review customer contracts.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
