  • Basic graphic/video tool experience (e.g., Canva)

  • Primary internet speed of 15 Mbps with 10 Mbps backup
  • Dedicated home office space with noise-canceling headset and webcam

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases
  • Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate
  • Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience
  • Manage the firm’s social media accounts including creating/posting content and engaging with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team or attorney to develop promotional campaigns
