- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools
- Experience with social media content creation
- Basic graphic/video tool experience (e.g., Canva)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Primary internet speed of 15 Mbps with 10 Mbps backup
- Dedicated home office space with noise-canceling headset and webcam
Responsibilities
- Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases
- Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate
- Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience
- Manage the firm’s social media accounts including creating/posting content and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with the marketing team or attorney to develop promotional campaigns
