Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management.
- 3+ years of Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise including work item management and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in process and workflow governance.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines independently.
- Experience working in highly structured, process-driven environments.
- Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and drive execution proactively.
Responsibilities
- Support the full release lifecycle from intake to post-release tracking.
- Define and maintain Azure DevOps structures, work items, and tracking frameworks.
- Govern ADO usage to ensure it remains the single source of truth.
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements for catalog releases.
- Build and maintain dashboards for active releases, change requests, and portfolio health.
- Manage release communication cadence and change management for new or retired offerings.
