Requirements
- Experience managing complex, multi-party integration programs at large financial services firms.
- Background in banking operations, including account opening or loan processing.
- Demonstrated ops and/or risk management orientation.
- Technical literacy sufficient to hold architecture conversations and understand dependency chains.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including running multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience of three years specialized training per missing year).
Responsibilities
- Define and run the integration governance model including decision rights, escalation paths, and RAID logs.
- Proactively identify and track operational and compliance risks across organizational boundaries.
- Maintain consistent narrative and alignment across both organizations for working teams and senior stakeholders.
- Own the operational readiness framework for account opening, loan servicing, and ops handoffs.
- Partner with technical PMs to ensure understanding of system dependencies and downstream operational implications.
- Build long-term, scalable operational models that persist post-integration.
