Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in relevant field.
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
- 5+ years of healthcare information technology experience.
- Deep understanding of claims and EHR data.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies.
- SaaS or cloud software experience.
- Experience working with life sciences, healthcare data aggregators, or channel partners.
- Experience managing external partnerships.
- Strong product management fundamentals (roadmap, prioritization, Epic creation).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and product strategies to justify investments.
- Act as the voice of the customer and market for healthcare data assets.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision and requirements.
- Develop and coordinate complex initiatives across teams.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market and commercialization strategies.
- Translate strategy into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Build relationships with partners and customers to validate opportunities.
- Evangelize product vision and value proposition internally and externally.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs.
