Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or related technical role.
- At least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B/SaaS products or data-intensive applications.
- Proven track record shipping successful and innovative products.
- Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Experience building products leveraging LLMs, conversational AI, or autonomous agents.
- Prior experience collaborating with data science, ML engineering, and software engineering teams.
- Ability to establish credibility with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
- Entrepreneurial experience building and leading products.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for 4 core modules: Lane Qualification, Data-Agnostic Visibility Command Center, Temperature Release, and Insights.
- Define and prioritize features to minimize scope and maximize impact for pharma supply chain operations.
- Gather insights through direct customer engagement with pharmaceutical logistics and QA teams.
- Translate complex logistics requirements into intuitive product features.
- Collaborate with engineering to process data from IoT providers and 3PL systems.
- Pioneer integration of LLMs and agentic AI across product modules.
- Design AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces, automated root cause analysis, and predictive recommendations.
- Define agentic workflows for autonomous decision-making and compliance automation.
- Partner with data science and ML teams to leverage semantic data layers for LLM accuracy.
- Present product vision and roadmaps to customers, executives, and stakeholders.
