Requirements
- Experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS) or mortgage servicing platform.
- Familiarity with Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) - Enterprise or Essentials.
- Experience in mortgage industry processes (origination, underwriting, closing, post-closing).
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS configuration, rules engines, or system integrations.
- Experience contributing to SOW development, effort estimation, or documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or basic automation concepts.
- Experience in nearshore or offshore delivery models supporting U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute configuration tasks within MCP including core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and integrations.
- Support onshore implementation consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), configuration documentation, and implementation estimates.
- Resolve open support tickets and defects using established protocols.
- Engage in asynchronous client-facing communications as directed.
- Maintain records in tools such as ADO, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Adhere to configuration standards, naming conventions, and quality checklists.
- Collaborate with onshore team members via coordination touchpoints.
- Support internal automation and AI-assisted implementation tasks.
