- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with analytics and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic market access initiatives leveraging clinical insight and real-world evidence.
- Guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics and drug utilization management.
- Oversee OncoGenius platform deliverables, syndicated reports, and client training.
- Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned with market trends.
- Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the engineering team.
- Partner with Business Development to support client pitches, proposals, and onboarding.
- Lead and develop team members to achieve business and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, webinars, and conferences.
