Requirements
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- PSYPACT credential
- Ability to support team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 sessions per week)
- Experience working with older adults (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Proficiency in delivering therapy via telehealth
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation using AI-powered scribe
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices
