Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) designation
- Significant senior-level clinical experience
- Experience in long-term or post-acute care
- Experience reviewing or supporting clinical workflows, documentation, or risk assessments
- Ability to interpret and translate clinical requirements into product or technical contexts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Experience with digital health products, EHRs, or healthcare SaaS platforms preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled clinical tools preferred
- Familiarity with clinical governance, regulatory, or audit processes preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform first-line clinical risk and workflow assessments for product enhancements and new features
- Assess AI-enabled documentation and clinical workflows
- Evaluate high-risk modules including medication management and assessments
- Identify and escalate potential clinical safety risks
- Support intake triage of Clinical Affairs requests using tools like Aha and Jira
- Prioritize requests based on clinical risk, product impact, and urgency
- Represent Clinical Affairs in recurring product, engineering, and operational meetings
- Draft clinical risk summaries, validation notes, and supporting documentation
- Contribute to audit readiness and governance documentation
