Requirements

- 10+ years of clinical oncology or oncology administration experience
- Expertise in oncology drug utilization management and related IT platforms
- Experience working with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and engagement skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with analytics, survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to mentor junior staff
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic market access initiatives leveraging clinical insight and real-world evidence
- Guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics
- Advance the OncoGenius proprietary oncology market intelligence platform
- Oversee OncoGenius deliverable parameters, completion, and client delivery
- Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned with market trends
- Partner with Business Development to support client pitches and proposals
- Contribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership
- Lead and develop team members to achieve business objectives
