Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience in commercial auto insurance, telematics, IoT, or fleet technology.
- Proven success driving revenue through insurance carriers or integration channels.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Smartsheet, and Seismic.
- Ability to travel 50%+ for meetings and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Execute insurance channel strategy across carriers, MGAs, and Insurtech partners.
- Develop and maintain senior-level carrier relationships across underwriting and loss control.
- Drive revenue through channel-attributed opportunities and incentive-based offerings.
- Set and manage revenue targets and pipeline forecasts.
- Partner with sales teams on carrier referral and subsidy opportunities.
- Design and optimize insurance-specific partner programs.
- Enable partners on value positioning for risk reduction and claims mitigation.
- Provide product feedback based on underwriting insights.
