- Achieve sales, revenue, and market share goals for the assigned sales team.
- Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators for the team, including pipeline development and quota attainment.
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Accurately forecast team bookings to the business.
- Advocate for and represent the sales team within Netradyne.
- Represent Netradyne with customers, prospects, partners, and trade associations.
- Execute and ensure faithful execution of the go-to-market strategy and sales process.
