Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience administering CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Hands-on experience configuring CRM pipelines, custom fields, workflows, and automations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
  • Experience maintaining data quality, performing audits, and managing large datasets
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM integrations and data migrations
  • Fluent Russian and confident English (B2+) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management
  • Build and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules
  • Configure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures
  • Manage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates
  • Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency
  • Document processes and provide day-to-day CRM support
