Requirements
- Native-level Czech (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination.
- Ability to analyze performance dashboards and metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate).
- Track record of independently leading projects from ideation to launch.
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for workflow, copywriting, and research.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Czech Republic.
