Requirements
- Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in building application prototypes using Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C# or PHP.
- Strong grasp of operational considerations (security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
- Ability to provide clear guidance on architectural topics and platform architectures.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with prospects and customers on technical evaluation, architecture, and implementation.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Guide customers through complex architectural decisions, including application patterns and platform design.
- Help position Temporal against alternative technologies and architectural patterns.
- Provide design, development, build, and deployment guidance using supported languages.
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives.
- Scope opportunities and identify technical risks during complex evaluations.
