Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Commercial Finance Operations, or Sales Operations.
- BS/BA in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Deep expertise in P&L analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Strong experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad).
- Experience with eBilling tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS contracting and revenue recognition standards.
- Ability to communicate complex legal and financial concepts to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Act as a translator between the legal team and Sales/Finance to accelerate contract reviews.
- Collaborate on deal structuring to balance economic objectives with legal risk.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning for complex multi-year deals.
- Facilitate negotiations on sales and vendor agreements.
- Own and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Manage law firm relationships and billing compliance.
- Design and implement automated contracting processes.
- Design dashboards to track KPIs like contract turnaround time and legal spend.
