Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience, or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of Raytheon Strategic Make Centers.
- Understanding of PRISM / SAP and Visual Factory Dashboards.
- Experience with proposal development and management.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with data analytics and dashboard development (preferred).
- Experience presenting to program leaders and customers (preferred).
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification (preferred).
- Proven capability leading across multi-site operations and managing complex tasks.
Responsibilities
- Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers.
- Manage and execute processes, standards, and plans in support of the OSC strategy.
- Lead tooling procurement across the portfolio to implement cost savings and strategic planning.
- Provide Cost Account Management (CAM) support as needed.
- Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings.
- Support proposals including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Standard Bidding Tool (SBT).
- Support Visual Factory initiatives and dashboard programming.
- Support the Material Program Manager (MPM) team with metrics, data analytics, presentations, and supplier engagements.
- Implement key performance indicators to ensure timely delivery and plan adherence.
- Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement (CORE).
