Requirements
- Proven experience shipping complex technical enterprise products.
- Strong developer empathy regarding software building and deployment.
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous technical problems.
- Strong product sense for edge cases and enterprise reliability.
- Ability to influence engineering, design, and sales without direct authority.
- Technical judgment regarding usability, security, and scalability tradeoffs.
- Experience with Git and source control workflows preferred.
- Background in enterprise security, secrets management, or observability preferred.
- Coding or SQL skills preferred for effective engineering partnership.
- Experience working in remote-first environments.
Responsibilities
- Define workflow lifecycle management including environment separation and promotion paths.
- Develop capabilities for version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
- Integrate Git-based source control into n8n to support software development practices.
- Build observability tools for workflow performance, usage, and reliability monitoring.
- Define enterprise-grade configuration management for secrets and variables.
- Engage with enterprise customers and developers to prioritize platform roadmap.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, and Sales.
