Requirements

- Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months
- Data-driven: analyze funnels and identify growth opportunities
- Write specifications with edge cases covered
- Systems thinker with understanding of dependencies
- Strong UX sensibility
- Comfortable working across functions
- Actively use AI in day-to-day work
Responsibilities
- Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap
- Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly
- Analyze data to find growth opportunities
- Write specifications that engineers can build from
- Take features from idea to launch
- Track product health and growth
- Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch
- Keep stakeholders aligned
