Requirements
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end
- Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months
- Data-driven: analyze funnels and growth opportunities
- Experience writing clear specifications for engineers
- Systems thinker with understanding of dependencies
- Strong UX sensibility
- Experience working across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work
Responsibilities
- Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap
- Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly to find growth opportunities
- Write specifications with detailed requirements and edge cases
- Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering
- Track product health and growth metrics like conversion and average gift size
- Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines
