- Understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture
- Expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and user research skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure product decisions align with organizational strategy
- Define Epic success criteria and manage product backlogs
- Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Features and User Stories
- Conduct user interviews and advocate for customer needs
- Monitor metrics to verify progress and improve processes
- Manage dependencies and risks between backlog items
- Coordinate product releases and change management
- Mentor and coach team members
