Requirements
- Proven experience in product management at a mid-level.
- Ability to prioritize and manage strategic and execution challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse styles.
- Commercially minded with focus on business growth and outcomes.
- Ability to context switch between technical, strategic, and executive tasks.
- Proficiency in setting goals and delivering value without over-engineering.
- Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Professionalism when challenging unrealistic demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three streams at once.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
- Set and reach quarterly OKRs.
- Conduct Continuous Discovery/Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) or A/B tests.
- Craft and communicate compelling product narratives for CPOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Train, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers.
- Manage 1-6 people depending on tenure and performance.
- Collaborate with 2-3 colleagues daily.
