- Clear, concise written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with minimal hand-holding.
- High ownership and low ego.
- Bias for action and ability to move fast.
- Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations.
- Build models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive decision-making.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions through market research and financial analysis.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes.
- Lead complex, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution.
- Take ownership of the company’s highest-priority operational challenges.
